1.  Pet friendly.  Sorry dogs only.  No cats.

2.  No smoking inside the home.  Please go outside if you must!  Damage deposit will be retained if you smoke inside the house.

3.  Please respect quiet times outside after 11 pm.

4.  Check for fire bans as fines do apply if we get a dry spell in the summer months.

5. No loud parties.  

6.  Do not exceed the number of guests permitted or extra charges will apply.

7.  Respect the environment.  Take garbage and recycle with you using the bags and dump pass provided.

8.  Free parking.  Space for up to 5 vehicles.

9.  Fishing license is required for 14 and over.  Barbless only. 

10.  Please do not go out on the ice unless you are certain it is safe.  Let the locals go out first as they know the lake and what conditions to look for.
